Narrow Road Management was founded by Nick McKeel after nearly two decades in commercial construction, managing complex projects across a wide range of industries and environments.
That experience shaped a simple belief: good management is about more than schedules, budgets, and buildings. It is about listening well, making sound decisions, solving problems, and doing what is right when the easier path is tempting.
Narrow Road brings that perspective to general contracting, construction management, facility management, and consulting, helping clients move forward with experienced guidance and a trusted partner at the table.
Nick has led projects valued up to $70 million across commercial, educational, higher education, healthcare, historic renovation, parking, turnkey sitework/utilities, and institutional environments.
His career has provided experience on both the construction and management sides of complex projects, giving Narrow Road clients practical insight into what works, what creates unnecessary risk, and what questions need to be asked before decisions are made.

The name Narrow Road is rooted in Matthew 7:13–14 and the belief that the path worth taking often requires intention, discipline, and conviction.
